System Requirements

You probably meet these requirements already. The installer will alert you to any missing software components, which can be downloaded for free.

• Windows XP SP2 or higher; or any version of Windows Vista, or any version of Windows 7. [XP SP3 Free Download]
• 1.6 GHz or faster processor. Dual core recommended.
• 512MB RAM. 1 GB recommended.
• Microsoft DirectX 8 or higher. [Free Download]
• Microsoft dotNet Framework 3.5 or higher [Installs automatically if needed, or download and install directly.]
• Gamepad required for gamepad features.
• Online connection required to use online features.

Troubleshooting

The first step is to make sure you have the latest build (not just latest version) of QuuxPlayer installed. Check the About QuuxPlayer screen from the Help menu and make sure that you have build 2.9.0.8 installed, and download it if you have a lower numbered build. If you are still experiencing trouble, please contact us at the email address below.
